SHIPPING

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates

We currently offer complimentary standard shipping on all qualifying U.S. orders. Shipping promotions may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

 

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and may vary depending on destination, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside of our control.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

 

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Nouveau Anima is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within seven (7) days of delivery at info@nouveauanima.com.

Please include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging when applicable. Upon review, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

 

RETURNS

We want you to feel confident when trying Nouveau Anima products.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, eligible returns may be requested within thirty (30) days of the delivery date.

 

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.

• The product must have been purchased directly from nouveauanima.com.

• Proof of purchase is required.

• Returned products must comply with the conditions outlined below.

 

Unopened Products

Unopened, unused products in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.

 

Opened Products

Because skincare products are personal care items and individual experiences may vary, opened products are generally not eligible for return.

However, for first-time customers, one opened product from a first order may be considered for a refund request within 30 days of delivery. Such requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and may require photographs or additional information.

Approval of opened-product returns remains at the sole discretion of Nouveau Anima.

 

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Gift cards

• Complimentary, promotional, or sample products

• Products returned more than 30 days after delivery

• Products showing excessive use

• Products purchased through unauthorized retailers or third-party marketplaces

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of an error by Nouveau Anima, including damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items.

Original shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

REFUNDS

Once a returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, refunds typically appear within five (5) to ten (10) business days after processing.

 

POLICY CHANGES

Nouveau Anima reserves the right to modify this Shipping & Returns Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will become effective immediately upon posting to this website.
